In this trip, you will enjoy several mosques which are very valuable from different points of view. Theses old mosques, still standing for centuries, feature historical aspect that make them more and more glorious. Beyond their historical and architectural value, they played an important role in social and political movements. You will also have the opportunity to explore a cathedral and a fire temple, the worship places of Christians and Zoroastrians.
You will admire spirit behind of The Persian Gardent. It refers to creat a teressterial paradis. Its style is caracterized by a mansion located in the center, the streams joining the pond in the middle and the trees surrounded by walls in a square space. You will visit Shahzadeh Garden in Kerman, Chehel Sotoun Garden in Isfahan and Fin Garden in Kashan.
Sumptuous palaces, the precious heirlooms of kings who ruled for centuries in the Grand Persia, are others must-sees on this trip. Arrive in Tehran

Shiraz-Persepolis-Shiraz : 130 km
Go on an excursion to explore Persepolis, one of the world’s most magnificent archaeological sites. The site was the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid kings, featuring the remains of the palaces of Darius the Great, Xerxes and Artaxerxes. The era is brought to life by bas reliefs of kings and courtiers from across the Persian Empire. At Naqsh-e Rustam, you can see four tombs and one building from Achaemenid dynasty with a group of ancient Iranian rock reliefs cut into the cliff from Sassanid dynasty. In Shiraz, visit Quran Gate.
Shiraz-Kerman : 570 km
Depart Shiraz for Kerman. On the way, visit Sassanid Palace in Sarvestan. This palace which used to be the haunting lodge of Bahram V enjoys the first Iranian dome, so it turned to the pattern of all mosques in Iran later.
Kerman-Yazd : 368 km
In the morning, you will drive to Yazd, known as the city of wind catchers. Start your sightseeing by visiting Towers of Silence, an ancient place in which the burial ceremony was held in ancient Persia. Next, proceed to Zoroastrian Fire Temple, a holy place for Zoroastrians where the sacred fire has been maintained for more than 1500 years. Your next exploration is at Amir Chakhmaq Square, a Teymourian-era square.
Isfahan
Today, you explore Jameh Mosque of Isfahan, one of the five oldest Friday Mosques in the world and the oldest monument in Isfahan. Then proceed to Si-o-se Pol and Khaju Bridges, which have spanned the Zayandehrud River. Then head for the Vank Cathedral, constructed with an inspiration from Saint Stepanos Monastery and influenced by Iranian and Italian art, and its Museum. At the end, visit Grand Bazaar of Isfahan, one of the greatest and luxurious trading centers in the Safavid era.
Isfahan-Abyaneh-Tehran : 502 km
Depart Isfahan for Tehran. On the way you will visit Natanz, a quiet mountain town which was Safavid kings favorite hunting spot. Visit Natanz’s Jameh Mosque, which is one of the most magnificent mosques in Iran. In addition, it has carried out decorated portal of 13th century with beautiful blue tiles and Islamic calligraphy. Call in at Abyaneh village which goes back to adobe (mud and straw) houses. At the end in Kashan, admire Tabatabaei Historical House, a mansion built in 19th century during Qajar era.
Tehran-Shiraz
Start your trip by exploring Tehran including National Museum of Iran, an institution of two archeological and Islamic complex, and Golestan Palace, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Finally, visit National Jewelry Museum of Iran where the most dazzling collection of gemstones and jewelry is held. In the afternoon, fly to Shiraz.

Shiraz
In Shiraz, you explore Nasir-ol-molk Mosque; also known as the Pink Mosque. Afterwards, you visit Narenjestan e Ghavam Garden and enjoy the beautiful orangery gardens. Next, you proceed your sightseeing to Hafiz Tomb where you appreciate a great poet who was also admired by Goethe. Finally, you end the day by visiting Ali Ibn Hamzeh Holy Shrine and Vakil Bazaar; a traditional covered bazaar located at the center of Shiraz enjoying natural air conditioning, arches and stunning architecture.
Kerman-Mahan-Kerman : 75 km
Today, you go on an excursion to Mahan. In Mahan, you visit Shahzadeh Garden, a green oasis at the heart of the desert, and Shah Nematollah Vali Shrine an Iranian poet and Sufi (mystic). In Kerman, you visit Jameh Mosque of Kerman, a 4-iwan mosque dating back to 700 years ago, and Ganjali Khan Historical Bathhouse in which you can find paintings belonging to Safavid era and a portal decorated with marble. At the end, you go for a stroll in Grand Bazaar of Kerman.
Yazd-Nain-Isfahan : 323 km
Today, you continue your sightseeing in Yazd. First, visit Jameh Mosque of Yazd, which dates back to the 9th century and demonstrates Iranian art to the world. Then stroll in the Historical District, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, depart Yazd for Isfahan; on the way, visit Jameh Mosque of Nain, built more than 1000 years ago with an inspiration from Prophet Mosque in Medina.

Continue your sightseeing by visiting Chehel Sotoun Palace (Forty Columns), a brilliant example for Persian garden listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, Head Towards Naqsh-e Jahan Square, the second largest square in the world, and the monuments around including Imam Mosque, a stunning monument at the head of the square; Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, also known as the mosque of women; and Ali Qapu Palace in which the important meetings of the king with ambassadors and other politicians were carried out. At the end, take some leisure time in the afternoon.
